We accept both international and domestic orders. Our postage is calculated by the weight of the order and added to the shopping cart.

All of our parcels are sent tracked and signed for with Royal Mail so we’re able to locate your parcel at any time. UK orders should allow 3 - 5 working days for your order to arrive. Orders to Europe may take up to 5 - 10 working days and for orders to Asia, the US and the rest of the world, please allow up to 15 - 20 working days.

Our studios open 10-6pm Tuesday - Thursday & 10-5pm on Fridays. Please note that orders made on a Friday may not be shipped until the following Tuesday and although we aim to ship orders on the day they’re made, orders made after 2pm may not be processed until the following working day. If you need your order by a specific date or require first class postage please do get in contact.


Our shipping prices start as low as £2.99 for items up to 0.4kg (This includes items such as pins, patches, and scarfs) with larger and or heavier items costing slightly more. Don’t forget, all UK shipping is free when you spend £60 or more in store.

We ship worldwide! Please note, we can’t guarantee estimated shipping times for international orders. For international customers, the vast majority of our international orders will be sent out using a tracked service. We will always have proof of postage should any dispute arise.

Occasionally, products can go missing in the post but don’t worry, all of our shipments are fully insured & we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf if this should occur. Our policy is to refund in full or send a replacement once the required time has passed, stated by the relevant postal service or shipping company in their terms. This is generally 14 - 30 days.

Unfortunately, if a parcel is lost or takes longer to receive than expected because the address given was incorrect or incomplete we cannot accept any liability for this – though we will do our best to help to try and resolve it.

If you notice an error in your order or your delivery address, please get in contact with us as soon as possible (see contact page for more). We cannot be liable for orders shipping to an address that is supplied incorrectly.
UK residents have the option to also collect from our East London studio. Should you wish to do this, simply email us with your order num, and time and date of collection and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been collected, we will refund your shipping in full.
